hi, i'm jack — owner and head barista of wonder coffee cart! coffee has been my passion for as long as i can remember, and everyone who knows me will tell you the same. i'm so excited to share that passion with you by bringing a premium mobile espresso bar experience to your next wedding, private party, corporate event, or special gathering in the woodlands, montgomery county, and the greater houston area.
it all starts with small batch syrups and signature recipes i develop in-house. our menu rotates seasonally, so there's always something new and exciting to sip on — fresh espresso drinks, specialty lattes, and handcrafted matcha beverages — while the classics are always on hand. i also love collaborating with clients to create custom coffee and matcha drinks tailored to any theme, occasion, or brand.
you might also spot my mom, ann, around from time to time — though she mostly works her magic behind the scenes. with years of business experience, she's the right brain of the operation, keeping all the admin and logistics running smoothly. that frees me up to do what i love most: crafting delicious espresso drinks and matcha, and making sure every single guest leaves with a smile.
